CUSTOMER SERVICES / SALES REPERSENATIVE
General Function:
Recruit new members and sponsors for user group network. Handle complex customer telephone calls, providing outstanding customer service with minimal supervision. Uses job knowledge and available information, to answer customer questions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform any other duties assigned.
- Handles customer calls in a professional, courteous manner.
- Handles non-routine and more difficult calls, sometimes requiring deviation from standard procedure.
- Provides accurate information to the customer.
- Reviews and replies to email questions from client.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures, particularly in regards to customer confidentiality.
- Accurately enters or confirms customer information into database.
- Effectively uses computer systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Educates the customer about user network group and services.
- Suggest improvements and changes to processes and policies to improve productivity or customer satisfaction.
- Continually learning and developing knowledge of services.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Must be able to perform data entry and basic computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to articulate and explain information clearly.
- Knowledge of banking, credit card, and miscellaneous related products and billing procedures required.
- Must be able to respond to customer inquiries.
- Must be able, and willing to learn about services.
- Good problem solving skills.
